The Student Movement of Croton announced that the demonstration planned for today was postponed Friday, 7/11/2008 until a later date due to bad weather that could not guarantee the course of parade. Spontaneously and in a self organized hundreds of students have however expressed their opposition to the measures the government about the school. We consider it essential to unify the protest of all students in the province of Crotone-through a demonstration march to be held next week. We reiterate our willingness to protest in a democratic, civilized and aware stigmatizing and inappropriate behavior on stage. With the seriousness and the knowledge that we have shown during all forms of mobilization implemented so far in defense of public education and the rights of the student, we invite each and everyone to participate actively in the construction of the event promoted by the Next week the student movement.
